Salbutamol:

• Can cause fast heartbeat, tremors, anxiety
• Overuse may worsen asthma control

Theophylline:

• Narrow safety range (too much can be toxic)
• Side effects:
  • Nausea, vomiting
  • Fast heartbeat
  • Insomnia
  • Seizures (in overdose)
