Delivery Policy

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed after payment is confirmed.

• Orders placed before 8:00 pm will be processed and delivered on the same business day. Orders received after 8:00 pm will be delivered on the next business day

• You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been processed.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to:

• Bauchi city only (all major areas)

• Selected nearby communities depending on courier availability

If your location is outside our standard delivery areas, we will contact you to arrange the best possible delivery option.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery windows:

• Within Bauchi metropolis: 1 business day

• Outside Bauchi but within nearby communities: 2 business days

Delivery times may vary due to:

• Weather conditions

• High demand periods

• Courier delays

• Product availability

We will notify you immediately if there is any delay.

Order Pickup 

If you prefer to pick up your order:

• You can choose Pickup during checkout. Standard pickup time is 9:00am-10:00pm daily, including weekends

• Pickup location is Bauchi Royal Pharmacy building, Nasarawa-Jahun Junction, near Nasarawa gate, Bauchi city. You may be asked to confirm mobile number and order number during pickup.

• You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.
