How It Works:
Marcnol is a combination medicine used to treat Hypertension.

• Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker that relaxes blood vessels, allowing blood to flow more easily.
• Bendroflumethiazide is a diuretic (“water tablet”) that helps remove excess salt and water from the body, reducing blood pressure.

Form: Tablets.

Warning:

•  May cause dizziness or lightheadedness, especially when standing up quickly.
•  The diuretic component may affect potassium and sodium levels—monitor as advised.
• Increased urination may occur, especially at the start of treatment.
