  • How It Works: It is a balanced antacid and anti-flatulent formula. The aluminium and magnesium hydroxides work by chemically neutralizing the excessive hydrochloric acid in the stomach, which reduces the burning pain and irritation. Activated Dimethicone (Simethicone) breaks up gas bubbles in the gut, relieving bloating and wind.
