Silybon works in 3 main ways:

1. Antioxidant action (protects liver cells)

• Your liver gets damaged by toxins, alcohol, medicines, and pollution.
• These produce harmful molecules called free radicals.
• Silymarin neutralizes these free radicals and prevents liver cell damage.
