How it works

Most Cof N Cold-type syrups contain a combination of 3 main drug actions:

• Antihistamine (e.g., chlorpheniramine or cetirizine) → reduces sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes
• Paracetamol → reduces fever, headache, and body pain
• Decongestant (e.g., phenylephrine) → clears blocked nose by shrinking swollen nasal passages
