How it works

• Aceclofenac: A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It blocks COX enzymes, reducing the production of prostaglandins (chemicals that cause pain, swelling, and inflammation).
• Paracetamol (acetaminophen): Helps reduce pain and fever by acting mainly through the central nervous system to reduce pain signals and control body temperature.
