How it works

Most Otomed formulations contain a combination of medicines such as ofloxacin + beclometasone + clotrimazole (sometimes similar antibiotics/steroids depending on brand version)

Each part has a different job:

• Ofloxacin (antibiotic) → kills bacteria causing the infection
• Clotrimazole (antifungal) → treats fungal infection in the ear
• Beclometasone (steroid) → reduces swelling, redness, and itching
