Promethazine can be strong and must be used carefully:

• Causes strong drowsiness
• Do NOT take with alcohol or sleeping pills
• Avoid driving or dangerous work
• May cause:
  • Dry mouth
  • Dizziness
  • Blurred vision
  • Confusion (especially in children or elderly)
