- Name: Tutolin (available as Tutolin Expectorant, Cough & Cold Syrup, or Drops).
- How It Works: It typically combines an expectorant (Ammonium Chloride) to loosen phlegm, an antihistamine (Diphenhydramine) to stop runny nose and sneezing, and Menthol to soothe the respiratory tract. Some versions also include Bromhexine as a mucolytic to further break down thick mucus.
