How it works

It usually contains two main active ingredients:

• Salbutamol → opens up the airways by relaxing the muscles in the lungs, making breathing easier
• Bromhexine → thins and loosens thick mucus in the chest so it can be coughed out easily

So in simple terms

Avrolyte:

• Opens blocked air passages
• Clears mucus from the lungs
• Makes coughing more productive (not suppressing it)
• Helps reduce chest tightness and wheezing
